We are not responsible for any loss or theft of your order after it has been shipped:
Loss or theft is very rare but it may occur. Almost every package we send is successfully delivered. However, we are not responsible for loss in transit, theft or delivery errors once the shipping service shows reception of your package at any location. Please make sure that you provide us with a secure delivery address. Please be aware that if your package is lost after it has been accepted by the shipping service that we are not obligated to replace, resend or refund the order. Please be aware that if items are missing from your order upon arrival that we are not obligated to replace, resend or refund those items. (We triple check all orders for completeness and correctness before packaging). Please be aware that we have no control over the performance of shipping companies including but not limited to the US Postal Service and freight forwarders.

In your order of LILY and LAURA® bracelets, you will receive one organza bag with one card for every bracelet.

Free Domestic Shipping for all orders over $59.
Order Arrival within the United States
Most orders are prepared and shipped on the same or next day.
LILY and LAURA® ships most packages via USPS, (US Postal Service), from Florida.
USPS First Class shipping time is usually 3-5 days. Priority normally is 2-3 days.
If you are placing an order from outside North America please be patient with delivery. Occasionally international orders take four weeks or more to arrive.
If your order is returned to us because it was not deliverable you are responsible for the cost of purchasing an additional label and you must provide us with a different address so that your order can be successfully delivered.
International Orders
If we are shipping to another country please be aware that there may be customs charges and VAT due associated with the shipment. You are responsible for paying any import charges and taxes that may occur related to your shipment from us.
If your order is returned to us because it was not deliverable you are responsible for the cost of purchasing an additional label and you must provide us with a different address so that your order can be successfully delivered.
Order Exchange Policy
You may request an exchange within seven days of your order delivery date if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Please include a note specifying your order number. We can only exchange bracelets that have not been worn and have all tags attached. We can only process an exchange one time per order, i.e. it is not possible to exchange items from an order and then exchange the items you just exchanged. Exchanges for bracelets may require a $15 or more restocking and shipping charge. There is a lifetime exchange limit of 6 exchanged bracelets per customer. Please contact us before you initiate an exchange.
Please note that we do not accept any returns or issue any refunds. We offer exchanges of bracelets within one week of delivery.

Exchanges of LILY and LAURA® bracelets purchased at a boutique or other retailer location should be handled by that specific location.
E-Gift Cards are non-refundable.
Changes to your order We can not cancel or make any changes to an order after it has been shipped. If you need to change or cancel your order please call and leave a voice message or preferably text us quickly at 303-887-1568.
If we need to cancel or partially refund your order for any reason after your payment has been captured, we will retain the following amount of the total order price or partial refund amount: 2.4% for domestic orders and 3.4% for international orders. This is to cover the non refundable credit card fees that we are charged. We wait until we are about to fulfill your order to capture your payment.
Can't find the bracelet you are looking for on the website?
While our bracelet selection is constantly changing, we attempt to keep our best-selling bracelets in stock at all times. Bracelets that are no longer visible have sold out. Please complete your purchase as soon as possible because supplies are limited. Placing a bracelet in your cart doesn't guarantee it will be available when you checkout.
